Composition:

• Ketoconazole: 2.0% w v
• Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution IP
• Equivalent Chlorhexidine Gluconate: 2.0% w v
• Cetrimide IP: 0.1% w v
• List of Excipients: Q.S. to lipid shampoo base.

• Dosage:

  Use 2-3 times per week(up to 4 weeks) in severe cases
  Usage frequency can be reduced to once a week
